If Incorrect Products Were Sent

In the rare event you receive the wrong products, please contact us at hello@thepetwow.com with your order number, full name, and delivery address in the email.

We will review what was ordered, what was delivered, and ensure you and your pet receive the right treats PRONTO – hungry dogs are not happy dogs!!


Faulty Products

ThePetWow offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If your product is faulty, please email details to hello@thepetwow.com along with photographs of the issue.

We review each case with care and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Where refunds are issued, you will be fully reimbursed all costs including shipping costs, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes. Please note, refunds can take up to 30 business days to appear in your bank account due to processing via our payment gateway partner.


Change of Mind

It’s human nature, we understand! If for any reason you change your mind, your order can be returned to ThePetWow within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.

ThePetWow is happy to exchange returned products for alternate products of an equivalent value, or offer a refund. Please note, refunds can take up to 30 business days to appear in your bank account due to processing via our payment gateway partner.

For all returns, exchanges, and refunds resulting from a change of mind, the return and re-dispatch shipping costs are payable by the customer.
